Exchange and Return Policies

At Kiki & Coco, we take care of each garment and want your experience to be the best. If you need to make an exchange or return, please keep the following conditions in mind.

Period for exchanges and returns

You can request an exchange or return within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Conditions

For the exchange or return to be accepted, the product must meet the following:

• Be unused, with no signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage

• Retain its original packaging and tags

• Not have been modified

• Present a purchase receipt or gift ticket

*Items on SALE are not eligible for exchange or return.

Shipping costs

• All costs associated with exchanges and returns are borne by the customer, both in Metropolitan Lima and in Provinces.

• Kiki & Coco is not responsible for shipping or collection costs in these cases.

Returns

• We do not offer cash refunds.

• Once the exchange is approved, the customer may choose another product of the same value.

• If there is a price difference, this must be covered by the customer.
